Last updated: May 12, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Gymple mobile app. By using Gymple, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

About Gymple

Gymple is a workout tracking app. It helps users create workouts, log exercises and sets, save history, manage templates, and create custom exercises.

Health And Fitness Disclaimer

Gymple is not medical advice. The app is provided for workout tracking and personal organization only. You are responsible for exercising safely and for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any fitness program, especially if you have medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the workout data, templates, exercise names, and other content you create in Gymple. You give the developer permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the app.

Premium And Purchases

Gymple may offer optional Premium features through Apple in-app purchases. Prices and availability are shown in the app before purchase and are processed by Apple through the App Store.

When you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Current Premium pricing, subscription length, and renewal terms are displayed in the app before purchase. Refund requests and billing issues are handled by Apple. Gymple does not receive or store your full payment card details.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple ID.
